Services
C0D3AI Systems provides AI automation consulting, custom AI agent development, GoHighLevel automation, software integrations, and related services for businesses in healthcare, real estate, home services, and other industries.
All services are delivered pursuant to a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work ("Agreement") between C0D3AI Systems and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Agreement, the Agreement governs.
- Services are customized to each client's specific needs and business requirements
- Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your individual project agreement or proposal. Generally:
- A deposit or upfront payment may be required before project work begins
- Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your agreement (typically net 7–15 days)
- Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing in a signed agreement
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice prior to new project engagements
We accept payment via ACH transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in your agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
C0D3AI Systems provides AI automation tools and services designed to improve efficiency, lead response, and operational workflows. However, we make no guarantee of specific business outcomes, revenue increases, lead volume, or ROI.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: client implementation, market conditions, business operations, and the quality of client-provided data. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver quality work but cannot warrant specific performance outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, C0D3AI Systems and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to C0D3AI Systems in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of C0D3AI Systems or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Custom deliverables created under a client agreement are governed by the IP terms in that agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, C0D3AI Systems retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed during client engagements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Maintain appropriate permissions and licenses for any third-party tools or platforms we are asked to integrate with
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense any C0D3AI proprietary tools or systems without written consent
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
